The front desk staff offered superb customer service. After checking in I had to go back to my car to retrieve some items. Upon returning to my room I could get back in. The battery on the door to access the room was bad and I couldn't get in the room. The gentleman working the front desk upgraded my room to a suite and also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Check out is at 12 noon. I wasn't going to be ready so I called the front desk for a late check out. The lady working the front desk was super nice and professional in her appearance and the way she addressed me. She was very personable and addressed me by my name. She made me feel like I was a VIP guest.

Everything about the hotel was IMPECCABLE. The minute we stepped into the hotel we knew that it was a clean one because it did not use air freshner to cover up dirty smells, fresh air only. The rooms were excellent, no complaints. The cleaning service was on point. Last but definitely not least the breakfast service was outstanding, the food was always hot and full of flavor and the breakfast caterer always had a warming and beautiful smile; she also had a beautiful island accent that simply complimented her personality. I will definitely revisit and also refer others. IMPECCABLE AND NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

Staff was very attentive,polite,had some unusual requests by this particular Fairfield Inn. Delivered negative message with a smile. Hang a parking permit on the window. Make you sign waiver that any decision company made concerning adding extra charge... you had to pay with no recourse. Kinda hostile to your customers.. Threatening punishment prior to expectation that your customer wouldn't comply. It's not grade school!
